| Four Hours post-surgery and I am up and walking. I don't think I look too bad either. |
| Sponging out my very dry mouth with water. I love that sponge!! I am only allowed ice chips and the sponge until day three. |

| I am actually feeling pretty good, this is still day one post-surgery. Pain meds are wonderful!! |
| All my lovely color is because of my hormones. At first they thought I was running a temperature and they were worried about me. Once I was given my crushed premarin on ice (yuck) the temps became very normal and acceptable for my stage of post-surgery. |
| My Special Angels Visit on Day Two!! |

| LaDessa (red dress) and Olevia (black dress) came to visit at noon on Tuesday. They brought me a card and two lovely crystal angels to protect me through out my journey. Thank you so very much for making my journey have special memories. |
| Olevia is planning the same surgery, hopefully soon. I went to the clinic prepared with a little something for her because I did not know how I would be feeling when her special day arrives. I made her a card that was specifically designed for her, but similar to my card that is also featured on my website on WLS_4. I also found a Butterfly calendar for 2004 so that she could start off this next year prepared for the journey ahead and the blossoming of Olevia. However, I must say that she is such a delightful person I can only imagine the blossoming just enhancing who she already is. |
