Leslie did this portrait of the great race horse, Secretariat, during her senior year in high school and it won a Best in Show at the annual school art show. This piece is absolutely awesome and the detail is phenomenal. The art work is hard to photo because it is on black under glass. This piece is done with Prisma Color art pencils. This portrait is treasured by her Mom because it was Leslie's Mother's Day gift to her.

Lucille Ball Our Photos do not do this piece justice - we are looking for the better photos and still need to have this piece framed. This piece is done in Number 2 pencil.

My Grandmother, Lura Oleta Kaestner. This is the first complicated piece that Leslie did in her Freshman year of high school and it showed the talent that was beginning to bloom. This piece is done with ink and is a dot process to get the final product. This does indeed look like the original senior year photo of Grandma. This piece has since been professionally matted and framed.

Octopus Garden This is a favorite piece of mine as I just love the imagination that went into it. It is done with water color, prisma color and ink. This has since been professionally matted and framed.
Richard M. Nixon The model for this piece was a Time Magazine cover. This is done with prisma color pencils. It is hard to photo because of the glass. The suit and tie looks as though you could just put themt on.
Jenna is Leslie's cat. She is a rescue cat that we adopted in May 1998 when she was approximately two.
